What Is A Home Inspection?
A home inspection is an objective, visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home from foundation to roof. A home inspector is trained to be a detective in regard to the construction and working parts of homes.  As a home buyer or seller, you should view the inspection as a way to gain valuable information.  It is an education experience.  We encourage the client to be present so they can ask questions and see first hand the workings of the home. During the inspection the inspector will test and review all of the essential systems and structural components of the property and include those results in a comprehensive professional printed inspection report. During our inspection we document issues such as: necessary repairs, ongoing maintenance items, important safety information, and the location of controls within the home.
Why Get A Home Inspection?
When purchasing a home, new or pre-existing, you should get a home inspection as the purchase of a home is one of the largest investments you will make.  A careful, thorough inspection prior to purchase or sale could save you a great amount of money, stress, and aggravation.  Our home inspectors are trained to evaluate the home and provide you with a report that describes the home in detail, will highlight areas of concern, and allow you to make an informed decision about the home.
